1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Order Processing Times
Most items are printed and processed within an estimated 2–7 business days before they ship (production time varies by product type — items like embroidery or all-over-print pieces take longer than basics). You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
1.2 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Shipping cost and estimated delivery are calculated automatically at checkout based on the items in your cart and your destination. Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment and are not guaranteed by the carrier.
1.3 Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to the U.S. and to a number of international destinations; availability can vary by item, since some products are produced at different facilities.
- P.O. Boxes: accepted in most cases — if a specific item can't ship to a P.O. Box, this will be noted at checkout.
1.4 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is generated.
1.5 Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
2. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
We want every item to arrive exactly as ordered. If something's wrong, we'll fix it.
2.1 What Qualifies
- The item arrived damaged in transit.
- The item was misprinted, mislabeled, or has a manufacturing defect.
- You received the wrong item.
2.2 How to Report It
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery:
- Email eking@boobuddyworld.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos showing the problem (the item itself, and the packaging/label if relevant).
- In most cases you won't need to ship the item back to us — photos are typically all we need to process a claim.
2.3 Resolution
Once reviewed (typically within 1–2 business days), we'll offer a free reprint/replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method, depending on the issue and item availability.
3. Returns & Refunds Policy
Because each item is custom-printed specifically for your order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size or color, or simply changing your mind. We'd recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering, since we can't offer exchanges once an order is placed.

3.2 How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Email eking@boobuddyworld.com with your order number, reason, and photos if the issue is damage, a misprint, or a defect.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
3.3 Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method; please allow an additional 3–7 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Store credit is applied immediately upon approval.
3.4 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again.
- Contact your card issuer or bank — there's often posting delay before a refund appears.
